I help with 2 types of Therapeutic Letters. ("Therapeutic" defined as "having a good effect on the body or mind; contributing to a sense of well-being," not licensed therapy.)
- Letter of Forgiveness (for yourself): this letter is helpful if you feel "stuck." It allows you to acknowledge your faults and flaws and then forgive yourself for them. It can be a very therapeutic and healing act.
- Goodbye/Hello Letters (Fresh Start Letters): Usually done together, these letters say goodbye to your Old Self and say Hello, New Self. Much better than making New Years Resolutions, this pair of letters can be done at any time.
